Pilot Coater

As a very important tool in the course of product development we value our pilot coating machine, which enables us to test-coat various different materials like fabrics, films, paper, nonwovens, etc. with different coating techniques (supported or unsupported doctor blade with different blade angles, bath coatings for textile or nonwoven media, etc.).

The pilot coater can coat up to 45cm wide materials, the heater can produce temperatures of over 200°C (392°F).
